It is a very common question, "How can I tell I'm in love?", but it is not an easy question to answer. What feels like love to one person may be nothing more than attraction to another. Some people fall in and out of love quickly and often while others are never really in love as much as they are in lust. Do you wonder what is going on in your current life. Is it love, lust or bust? We never know by ourself unless we are hurt.

We’ve been given the impression that to define love is near to impossible. Maybe there’s a fear that if we define it, it would somehow be less powerful...less impactful...less exhilarating. Maybe we like the mystery of it. But is it really that complicated? Perhaps the complications surrounding love come from all “stuff” we add on to this powerful emotion.

U feel the heat when U love somebody regardless of his/her feelings , Love is care , Love stops ourselves from becming a monster.If u are close to permanent dead type of things , then u will miss the importance of life , As u never know , how much life u have left now. Love controls the physical, the emotional, the mental, the social aspect of ur personality.

Love feels like a string attached to other person.Emotional Quotient plays an important factor in this.In the parental love this EQ is motherly feeding , which leaves strings attached to baby for mother. In case of ur love life it is the physical intimacy which acts as a EQ , and leaves strings attached from female to male/male to female.

It is easier to be physically intimate with someone . You can become physically intimate with a person of the opposite sex in an hour, or half-hour -- it just depends upon the urge! But you soon discover that sex may only be a temporary relief for a superficial desire. There is a much deeper need that is still unmet.That urge for the deeper need are the strings which are attached and acts as a EQ in a lovely relationship.

Marshall Hodge wrote a book called Your Fear of Love. In it he says, "We long for moments of expressions of love, closeness and tenderness, but frequently, at the critical point, we often draw back. We are afraid of closeness. We are afraid of love." Later in the same book Hodge states, "The closer you come to somebody, the greater potential there is for pain." It is the fear of pain that often drives us away from finding true intimacy.

I dont know it is scientifically correct or not , but love gives us positive energy according to my experience.

Love is to forgive , wipes out regret and guilt , love is to act human .

Love a person , and make thier day , make them happy , laugh , and make ur life cheerful , as u never know the importance of life left .

Fortunately, messages like this aren't all that common. We obviously don't think this represents the bulk of religious thought...but it does demonstrate the results of insular indoctrination and poor education. We are taught that god is every where , but in reality god is nowhere.Whenever I comment on atheism on Facebook , people are ready to kill me .

Asking an Indian whether he believes in God seems to be an unnecessary question considering the deep rooted religious and spiritual outlook that the society here is accustomed to. And you could be pardoned to dismiss Atheism in India as “Im the smartass” conversations among a few disillusioned youth outside
the intimidating presence of hundreds of temples, churches and mosques.

Question arises why every person is made swear on Gita in courts , why not other?
If a Hindu were to be asked to swear by the Quran, or a Christian by the Gita, there would be riots. But no one is bothered about the feelings of us athiests! In order to spare people from taking oaths on a variety of books, in the courts of Karnataka a placard is hung in the witness box that reads -

‘I swear on the name of god that what I say is the truth and nothing but the truth.’

This is supposed to be a secular form of oath.

Second Question , The Special Marriages Act , 1954 allows us to marry without any religious beliefs and without any religious rituals.Still in the documentation it is written , " registration of a Hindu marriage under the special marriage act" , why?

These instances clearly shows thats the religiously breast feeded indian mind has not grown enough to accept the truth , he still beleives on non existent gods ...

Cash garland, statue, now a Mayawati temple

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati is already facing a row of criticisms for encouraging cash garlands, erecting her own statues along with other dalit icons in the state and now, a temple in her name.

A lawyer in Mahoba district has sought permission from the authorities to build a temple after Mayawati in his own land.

"Of course, we are planning to install her idol in the temple that will come up on my private land," said Kanaihya Lal, Mahoba-based lawyer. Lal equate the BSP supremo with Lord Buddha and said that there is nothing wrong in constructing a temple after her. "Mayawati is revered by the dalits and down trodden, she is like a goddess for many people in the country," he said.

Lal is not a functionary of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) but a Dalit. He says he got provoked by the hue and cry over a garland of currency notes gifted to Mayawati on her birthday last month. "We are all set to build a temple where her followers will be free to offer such garlands every day," he added.
He has forwarded the application to the officials for further actions. Local officials have told him that since the proposed idol in the temple would be that of a living person, it would be appropriate to obtain formal permission from the person.

"Under the circumstances, I will now move a request to the chief minister through the district BSP coordinator," Lal said.

In a country of 1.2 billion people, most of whom are bonkers about cricket, the IPL is a symbol of everything they want India to become-a true global power.

No doubt that Indian Premier League (IPL) is the much viewed game than other sports. It has got the acceptance to the different ages’ people. Millions of people around the world always wait for the new edition of IPL.

That's what we all know , but what about its disastrous after effects , especially for test cricket and other sports specially in india. Also the speed at which IPL is becoming popular , is eating away all other international games events like Wimbeldon , Hockey World Cup and many more in India. Though we were lucky this time that Hockey World Cup just finished before the IPL ,The advertisement done in by the sponsor Hero Honda Paid Off , and more luckily it was in india , where Men in Blue with sticks , improved their position in the ultimate battle of sticks , Hockey World Cup proved out to be a high TRP , houseful , profitable event for FIH , otherwise no one would have been dared to notice it. That too compare the money given to each player in IPL and Indian Hockey Players , or other athletes , you will find the money given to each player in ipl is similar to the money given to whole team , sadly and ironically.Whats more disastrous is the attitude , of Indian government towards cricketers and hockey players , where ex hockey players like pillay and more others are even not given the pass to watch HWC in stadium.Moreover the power of Hockey india in FIH is negligible as compared to that of BCCI in ICC , as is evident from the controversial referel system imposed on india in the last knockout match on IND against SA , which lead to a improbable draw for india.

More over just compare the preperation and other teams , (For ex : Australia , who went on to win World Cup today , prepared 128 moves for the final in the 5 hour meeting of thier players and staff yesterday , and it paid off) , as compared to ignorance of Hockey India , which have members who never held a stick in thier life.

Truly Hats off to Australia who is rapidly becoming the pinnacle of each sport whether it is Hockey , Swimming , Cricket , Soccer etc.Thier cutting edge sports machines test the extremes of the sports person produced there.

More the popularity of IPL will increase , more the popularity of other sports will decrease , and India will become Uni Sport nation , and then wish that Cricket would be part of Olympics .Then soon there will be a time where we will study in history about the national sport of india......

BABA means Father. But here at our house we use the name Baba for Grandpa. When I was younger and just starting to talk I couldn't say Grandpa. ... minor speech issues so i worked with the word to finally getting me to say Baba. The "B' sound is much easier ... quot;Gr" sound. However for western people it must be phonetically similar to "BABE" ,they must be confused with that , but it is name for our admiration in a common household in india.

The name Baba has stuck ever since.

Today in the cabinet meeting over exponentially rising prices , govt couldn't deliver a conclusive result. As a result meeting turned out to be a copenhagen summit. As a result price will rise further. Our so called economist "Dr. Manmohan Singh" tried to apply his laws to the issue , but in vain. Mr. Sweet Sharad Pawar, threw another stone at the govt glass house cabinet , by saying that ,

we will not die , if we not eat sugar for few days , and sugar causes diabetes ,

is a another irresponsible comment from irresponsible minister. However he seems to be still in BCCI mode of governing where he was laying new cricketing rules , without giving chance to complain.

But he has forgot in the process that General Public is not like our constitution ,which can be amended as per our use.Forget electronics , china took over india in the prices of pulses , where it is 30rs kg in china as compared to 100rs. in india . This is just due to ever growing tummy of mr pawar.

His tummy can be explained by the fact that he has many sugar mills in maharashtra , so that he can attain maximum profit from the rising prices of sugar , and hide his inefficiency in giving childish comments.

He(pawar) is great let down for Mr. Economist "Manmohan Singh" and "Italian National Congress (INC). Surprisingly , I wonder an ally of 9 member mp's party in govt., rules the govt. , while govt is helpless(i think due to votebank) , I believe "something is fishy" .

Govt believes that that price bomb is due to the over stocking of the wholesale dealers of foodgrains , just to escape the scapegoat.
While BJP has a great chance of having an issue over it , Its leaders like modi and varun have sarted a virtual war over govt , by stating pawar as "Raavana" and Mayawati as "Shurpnakha".Govt need to act on its slogan " Aam aadmi ki sarkar"
otherwise it will be too late , and people will lose so called patience. Govt. should follow the model of successful states like Punjab and Gujrat.

On the other hand "Maya" anti industrial policies letting companies go out of up ,has laid a perfect foundation for mayaland(virtual jharkhand) , and she is in the making of another "Madhu Koda" . Up ha s a perfect chance transforming into statue land.

The need of hour is to get united and protest...

We DESERVE this bunch of thugs. We feel safe by not getting

on their chest just to shout 'Vande-mataram' against British
rulers. Surprising that such ancestors can produce such

But the truth is that regionalism or sub-nationalism has always existed in one form or another — from Potti Sriramulu’s non-violent fasts for linguistically defined states to Maharashtra Navnirman Sena’s (MNS) and ULFA’s violent attacks on ‘north Indians’. Regional parochialism has long been part and parcel of the idea of India.

Surinder S Jodhka, sociologist and author of books like Contested Transformations: Changing Economies and Identities in Contemporary India and Community and Identities: Contemporary Discourses on Culture and Politics in India, has tracked the growth of regional identities in India for decades. He says, “What we are seeing now in Mumbai is a bit different from the past. In the ’50s and ’60s, regionalism was based on linguistic differences and identities. In the ’80s, it was driven by development and the sons-of-the-soil argument. And now, it’s being stoked by cultural and economic anxiety.”

Jodhka says that this is extraordinary considering the profound changes underway everywhere in India. “Even people in the south are now learning some Hindi so that they can communicate with people from other parts of the country. It’s no longer a political issue.” The academic insists regionalism is on the decline in India.
Perhaps. But virulent or not, regionalism has repeatedly raised its ugly head in disparate parts of India. Consider this:

South Indians were the target in Bombay in the 1960s
All migrants were regarded with hostility in Punjab in the 1980s
Bengalis were treated badly in Assam in the ’90s
Migrants to Mumbai from UP and Bihar have been at the receiving end since 2007, when Raj Thackeray formed the MNS.

What has happened in Mumbai in the past few years — hapless taxi drivers and roadside vendors hit and kicked and their paltry possessions destroyed in full view of the watching TV cameras — has shaken the Indian dream. Mumbai columnist Aroon Tikekar recently wrote, “As Mumbai became the dreamland for all Indians, its commercial success created a wide gap between success and failure, wealth and poverty. Politicians always have a field day in such situations and so was the case in Mumbai. Extreme successes bred disrespect for law; extreme failures gave birth to discontent. This combined to increase social tensions.”

Experts define regionalism as a feeling or an ideology particular to people who live in a geographical space characterized by a unique language and culture. It produces the self-belief that they are sons of the soil and every opportunity in their land must come to them first. Regionalism is mainly used for expedient political gains. But not always. “Raj Thackeray has often said that young Maharashtrians don’t speak Marathi. It’s a cultural issue for them. It’s also opportunistic politics,” says Jodhka. “We are seeing this kind of tendency in other parts of the country as well.”

A person can make up whatever story of prejudice they want about cultures religions and conditions of a country ,but the fact is we are all the same species and given simaler conditions or circumstances confronting any human they will conduct themselves the same

For a while, the ideas and words flow. You can barely keep up with them. But over time, energy and enthusiasm wanes and the ideas begin to dry up.
